We write very detailed contracts with pictures describing exactly what all the subcontractors are going to do to complete the basement as designed. We do entire finished basement projects without a single change order routinely because we do our work on the front end to make sure everything is covered. When there are change orders most often there is either no charge or a minimal charge.
